If you recently received Ohio Today magazine or The [college] Gate newsletter, your alumni ID number is printed above your name on the address label. Alumni ID number example: 0000012345
Once in The [Gateway], choose your preferred settings. For your profile page, using the tab menu at top, go MY FRIENDS > My Settings. For each Group membership, use the Settings tab to edit your preferences for that group.
Women who have married should Email
Gateway.alumni@ohio.edu with information about their last names to ensure accuracy on the site. If you cannot update your Unmarried Name section, we can help you.
ALUMNI ID NUMBER: Upon graduation, each alumnus is assigned an alumni ID number by the University. Your ID number appears on the address labels of Ohio Today magazine and The [college] Gate newsletter. You will need this ID number to register with The [Gateway]. If you do not know your ID number, email
Gateway.alumni@ohio.edu with a request. Please include your full (formal) name, degree, major, year of graduation, and birthday. This information is required to verify your ID number.
